In the mountain houses one breathes a particular atmosphere, something alchemical, an innate charm, a kind of welcoming harmony made of wood, stone, a fireplace and above all by the beech wood that surrounds them and which, as in this case, can be appreciated from every window.
The house is located at 1350 meters above sea level.
The property is accessed through a gate and then an avenue, also suitable for vehicles, which leads right in front of the entrance. In front of the door there is a paved space, a large solarium that overlooks the remaining land owned and offers a sunny area.
An anti-entrance acts as a filter between the outside and inside so as to guarantee a barrier to the winter cold as well as constituting a useful space for storing shoes and snow clothes before entering the house.
