In the mountain houses one breathes a particular atmosphere, something alchemical, an innate charm, a kind of welcoming harmony made of wood, stone, a fireplace and above all by the beech wood that surrounds them and which, as in this case, can be appreciated from every window. The house is located at 1350 meters above sea level. The property is accessed through a gate and then an avenue, also suitable for vehicles, which leads right in front of the entrance. In front of the door there is a paved space, a large solarium that overlooks the remaining land owned and offers a sunny area. An anti-entrance acts as a filter between the outside and inside so as to guarantee a barrier to the winter cold as well as constituting a useful space for storing shoes and snow clothes before entering the house. After the entrance, on the ground floor, there is a living room with a beautiful fireplace and a kitchen connected to a technical room - utility room. A wooden staircase with risers enriched with painted ceramics leads to the first floor where, along a corridor which also houses a wardrobe, there are the doors to the three bedrooms and the recently renovated bathroom. One of the bedrooms has access to the balcony. Externally, the land owned is completely fenced and a useful cellar/basement shed. You enter and activate the mountain mood made up of evenings in front of the fireplace, Christmas holidays with friends or cool summers in the shade of an incomparable beech forest.
